With offices in Lima and Miami, we support companies operating in Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador, as well as organizations with business activities in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Our approach combines strategic insight, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of global regulatory and financial frameworks. We work with organizations seeking to integrate sustainability into the core of their business strategy—transforming ESG from a compliance obligation into a driver of long-term value creation, resilience, and reputation.

Through advisory services, sustainability reporting, independent verification, and executive education, we support companies in navigating the evolving landscape of global ESG standards and regulatory requirements.

Our Promise

At Personaz, sustainability reporting is not an ancillary service—it is our core specialization. We ensure full alignment with current regulatory requirements and internationally recognized ESG standards, while remaining at the forefront of emerging global frameworks that are redefining corporate sustainability obligations. Our methodologies are based on globally recognized best practices, ensuring technical rigor, strategic coherence, and credibility with investors, regulators, and key stakeholders. Through this approach, sustainability reporting becomes not merely a disclosure exercise, but a strategic management and financial positioning tool.

Our Vision

We deliver structured, decision-relevant insights that enable organizations to integrate sustainability into their overall business strategy. By identifying, assessing, and managing ESG impacts and risks, we support our clients in capturing opportunities, strengthening governance, and mitigating financial exposure in an increasingly regulated and competitive global environment.

Sustainability Reporting

Sustainability Reporting is our core expertise. We deliver GRI-aligned reports supported by leading global frameworks including SASB, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the UN Global Compact, S&P’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), the EU CSRD Directive, and international stock exchange guidelines, ensuring technical precision, comparability, and investor-grade alignment.

ESG Management Data-driven

We complement our services with a specialized platform — Presgo (by Convene) — that enables organizations to automate ESG data collection, monitor progress on a periodic basis, and integrate artificial intelligence tools to facilitate analysis and ensure full traceability of information.

More than a reporting tool, it is a comprehensive solution that supports the continuous management of sustainability performance, helps identify gaps in a timely manner, and strengthens data-driven decision-making—ultimately enhancing both the quality of ESG reporting and the overall sustainability management of organizations.

Double Materiality Assessments

We conduct Double Materiality assessments to identify and prioritize the organization’s key ESG impacts, risks, and opportunities (IROs), in alignment with IFRS S1, the EU CSRD Directive, and GRI Standards, integrating both impact and financial materiality perspectives to ensure technical rigor, regulatory compliance, and alignment with investor and key stakeholder expectations.

CSA Readiness

We provide comprehensive support throughout S&P’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) process, from initial diagnostic and data collection through strategic submission and final review of the questionnaire, positioning organizations for evaluation and potential inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook. Our approach ensures robust supporting evidence, ESG compliance, and actionable recommendations aimed at strengthening performance and scoring outcomes.

TCFD and IFRS S2

We identify and assess climate-related risks and opportunities in accordance with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework, now incorporated into IFRS S2, including climate scenario analysis and the integration of climate risk into the organization’s strategic and financial management processes.

Independent External Assurance

We conduct independent assurance engagements for ESG reports and sustainable finance instruments (green and social), assessing the accuracy of disclosed sustainability data, statements, and KPIs. We also perform third-party reviews of ESG indicators and metrics required by financial institutions and multilateral organizations in financing processes, strengthening credibility and confidence among investors and stakeholders.
